Lang Tengah island.

Well, travelling is such a lazy thing to do for me now. Not because i'm really lazy just that i want to stay at home longer feel the comfort longer for now. Well, this trip is obviously pushed by others asking me to go. Oh well, the place or i mean island. Is truly different from the rest of the island or places i had been after so long.

Lang Tengah, it is kinda new island not so popular but it is a place for you to relax only. the resort i went was Summer Bay resort. Relaxing indeed as there is no WiFi, rarely have line to call or message (depending on the telecommunication wave form the main island). It is truly a rare opportunity for me to get rid of those social problems that arise. Over there, i did not think of those problems, those hates and those issues from the news. Totally free from those! I ain't kidding it is very nice for me. I did not expect that. It would be nicer if i could just do whatever i want than following the schedule. One day, i will find those places again to just relax and forget. After 3 days, coming back home. I feel totally unfamiliar with the normal life i was living. Well, there goes a few pictures again.

A day in KL

KL, a place where i came from and lived for so long. If I was asked to stay beyond KL for a long time, i'm pretty sure I would fail. I'm used to here. So used to it but I had never really travel around KL like a tourist. So many tourist I knew almost all of them did the same thing and when they asked me if I ever went to those place or did those, I said no.

It's sad that where you came from and you never truly explored the place. So finally I did it! I'm so happy I finally can! It was so peaceful, lesser car than usual and clear blue skies! Thank god! It is a fine day! We managed to get a good day to take photos too! Really thank god.

So, we went to Bank Negara first by KTM and walk all the way to the east side of KL and walked one round back to KL station KTM. Oh well, let the pictures do their job!!! But there is many pictures lost while visiting museums and walking along as we kinda got in to exploring and feeling the atmosphere till we forgot to take pictures.

After coming off the train and while walking to Masjid Jamek. So peaceful! Too bad Masjid Jamek doesn't open before 12pm.

Hardworking people from the City Hall

We can even take photos in the middle of the road!

City Hall KL Building

Unfortunately Masjid Jamel was not open till 12 pm so no pictures of it.

But we took pictures around the Sultan Abdul Samad Building! It is just pure 1800s British!!

Too bad we couldn't go inside. By the look, inside looks like it was abandon recently.

The walkway

One of the old building now being used as stage show. It's called MUD KL .

Location :

We then ask about guide around KL in a tourism counter inside a small section of the building. No kidding, it is the best service and help they gave. So friendly!!!! It really start off my day with a smile on my face all day! Thank you! 5 out of 5 stars!!!!

Notice that the dome roof is made from copper or bronze.

Then we went to this Music Museum, just opened in August 2015. Free admissions!!! It use to be a old Restaurant. No pictures of the inside but it is fine to take pictures.

This is the Kuala Lumpur City Gallery. Entrance fee is RM5 but you can redeem food or key chain.

An old map. I'm still impress those people that do these topography.

Trying out some bokeh.

DO remember to go upstairs! There is a light show. Not really sure how to say but just go! WATCH!
This is just some pictures of it!

That tallest structure is called KL118. A current project to build a 118 story tall structure. It's just behind Stadium Merdeka. So in 2020 we will see the completed tower.

Then we went to Textile Museum. Just opposite of the Music Museum. It is really nice. All newly refurbished. Clean. Interactive multimedia. All information of Malaysian culture are there! I just couldn't understand that why these are not advertised! It is such a waste to leave it unseen! Not just for tourist, even Malaysians! It's free too!!

After 15 minutes of walking into a chaotic street, passing Jalan Tun HS Lee. We managed to find the Telekom Museum. There's also flight simulator in the building! Too bad they didn't open when we get there. As i heard from the staffs, it is operated by real pilots!

Just a tip. When inside the Museum do go upstairs again! There's a place to chill!!! There's about 10 Macs, 3 Ipads and you kinda can sleep there for a break. Nice place to chill!!!! The best part is there is only just 3 of us. Do use your student card to enter. It will be just RM3.

Location :

Then we waited for GO KL bus which is free! To Bukit Bintang and we walked around. We then took the Monorail Imbi Station then dropped off at Maharajelera Station. The stop where Stadium Merdeka and Stadium Negara are located.

So why am I so excited to come here or why I even care about coming here? It is one of the most significant historical event of independence from the British in 1957. So, I really wanted to see how the stadium looks like and I have never been to a stadium before!

The outside of the stadium, the site of KL118.

This is one of a temple near by the Stadium Merdeka.

Hungry? Wanted to go some cafe or for refueling your stomach. You can drop off there and just a 5-10 minutes walk you will reach Petaling Street and the area around!. We decided to try out Old China Cafe. There's a few more around. This is special because of the interior design.

Location :

We wanted to go to Central Marker to have a look and we spotted this temple along the way.

Location :

Again we did not took any photo of the Central Market. Then we went to Kuala Lumput Station KTM. It's quite confusing to the station from Central Market. Just make sure to ask people. The station was perfect! It looked like nothing inside but not from the outside!

Fact #1 The station was design to withstand 2 inches of snow!

Beside the station it is the KTM HQ. We wanted to go in to see but it was closed. Not sure whether is there a museum or not like the posters at the road side. To go to the KTM HQ we need to cross a underground tunnel. It looked like a perfect horror movie location.

The end.
